What types of e-bikes do you offer?
We offer two types of e-bikes: a standard model with a 2–3 hour battery life, perfect for short delivery shifts, and a premium model with a 12–14 hour battery life for riders who want to maximize their earnings throughout the day.
How much does it cost?
Our standard e-bike starts from $35/week and our premium long-battery e-bike starts from $60/week. All prices include GST.
What's included in the rental price?
The rental price includes the e-bike, charger, lock, helmet, and basic maintenance support. We make sure you have everything you need to start riding and earning.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required when you pick up the e-bike. The deposit amount depends on the model you choose. It will be refunded when you return the e-bike in good condition.
What happens if the e-bike breaks down?
Contact us immediately and we'll arrange a replacement or repair. We provide support to make sure you're back on the road as quickly as possible. Normal wear and tear is covered.
Can I extend my rental period?
Absolutely! You can extend your rental at any time. Just let us know before your current rental period ends and we'll sort it out for you.
